• All defective/warranty returns will be credited or repaired in accordance with each manufacturer’s warranty policy.
• All defective/warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
• All returns must be in a re-saleable condition, with original unaltered packaging.
• All returns must be dropped off/shipped by the customer.
• Upon arrival at John Snyder Tool, please allow 3 or more business days for processing.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Special order items.
• Discontinued by manufacturer or items that are no longer being stocked.
